The City of Airway Heights, Washington originally hired Studio Cascade to act as its planning department on a temporary basis, filling the spot vacated by the City's previous planning director. But that led to much more: The city then retained us to rewrite its comprehensive plan to comply with Washington's Growth Management Act...had us negotiate annexations and urban growth areas with Spokane County...even had us assisting as backup staff when their own planning department's workload grew heavy. Today, Studio Cascade continues to work for the fast-growing city. |
